ABOUT EQY

EQY is a service of iCommerce.com Corp. and has been organized in April 2000 to provide early-stage Internet startups access to capital investors and other technology consolidation opportunities in such areas as; commerce services, enterprise software applications, distance learning and advertising-related technologies. EQY is an independent exchange providing access to traditional, professionally-managed venture firms focused primarily on financial returns, and actively assist companies through Board-level involvement. Through EQY, startups are provided valuable business resources -- in the form of promotional resources, use of brand names and industry contacts to name a few -- in addition to early stage capital, EQY offers access to other corporate venture funds that often invest in later-stage companies and do not generally play active roles in the development of their portfolio companies. EQY is interested in helping companies succeed and EQY is committed to helping out entrepreneurs by providing resources to assist in strategy and operations to the full extent required or desired.
